What it is like to live here
SummerGlen's own amenities page lists a swimming pool, a spa, a fitness center, pickleball, tennis, bocce, horseshoe, and shuffleboard courts, a Grand Hall, a library, a craft room, and dog parks. Golf is an 18-hole championship course run as SummerGlen Golf Club, with online tee-time booking. Whether golf membership is required of residents is something to confirm with Mika before you buy.
SummerGlen Owners Association, managed by FirstService Residential, runs the community. Its governing documents sit behind the resident portal, so the exact age-rule wording, the rental and leasing rules, and any special assessments are not public. Ask Mika for current HOA figures and what they include, and have an attorney read the documents before you sign.
